Shipping Policy

All the products in our shop are made to order. They are printed and hand crafted just for you by our production company located in China. This keeps our costs down and makes sure that you save money on your purchases.

The following table represents our production and shipping times. These are just guidelines and approximations, and could be less or more. During the holidays and other peak periods, the shipping time may be affected, so those times listed are not guaranteed.

When You Place Your Order:
As soon as you order from our shop, you will get an order notification email from us to the email address that you have provided to us at checkout. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it is not there within 24 hours, please reach out to us at contact@autozendy.com. We will let you know what the email address was that you have given us. You can make changes to this and anything else regarding your order within 2 business days after purchasing, after which time it will go through to the production process and your information will no longer be changeable.

Production Time:
It takes approximately 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. After this, our production facility will hand-craft your product within 3 business days. During peak periods, there will be an additional 2 business days for this process to be completed, due to high production volume. After this, your product will get shipped via the method that you have chosen at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Time:
We ship all our products from our production facility in China. Our current methods of shipping are Standard shipping (at no charge to you) and Express shipping via DHL (costs are calculated upon checkout). Once your order is created and the shipping carrier picks it up, you will receive a notification email along with your tracking information. The times listed in our table above are estimations only. Please wait the time it takes for you to receive your package, as these shipping times are the responsibility of the carriers and will vary during the holidays and with other circumstances that are out of our control.

Customs (if applicable):
Depending on your location, your packages may spend some time at your local customs processing center. This may affect the delivery date of your parcel(s), and if any customs fees are needed to be paid, they must be paid by you and will need to be done so in order that the delivery of your package gets completed by your carrier. This of course is dependent on your own state, provincial or country's laws, and so is out of the hands of Autozendy. Should you require any information about these laws, fees, and modalities of payment, please reach out to your local customs department. Customs may be charged to Canadian customers when using DHL Express shipping.

Did Not Receive the Item:
If you have received a notification that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following before you contact us.

  1. Check your premises thoroughly to ensure if it was placed in any area that you may not have expected.
  2. Ask a neighbor if they had taken it in for you.
  3. Wait a couple of business days … it may just show up!
  4. After this, if you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to your delivery carrier first and open up a claim. You may reach out to us at contact@autozendy.com in order for us to aid you with the claim if necessary, and we will help you track down your package. If it is deemed lost in delivery, we will issue a new reshipment or offer you a refund for those items in your order that were lost in transit.

Regarding Returns to Sender:
Please do not send any of our items back to the address on the label of your packing slip, as this is the address of the shipping center in China and therefore will not be accepted in any claim that you wish to make regarding returns or refunds.
