What is Autozendy all about?
Autozendy was borne out of a passion for both auto accessories and art. When we created this company, we wanted to provide to our customers a selection of quality products for them to show off who they are, be it their profession, their interests or their hobbies. We create all of our own designs, so each of our items on our shop are exclusive to us. So instead of buying those ordinary car accessories that are out there, why not purchase ones that reflect your own passions and proudly display who you are!

Why did you call your company Autozendy?
Autozendy's name came from a deliberate choice of the words: Auto and a word to rhyme with "Trendy". Thus came about our motto, which is "Drive Trendy With Autozendy!" ... we thought you'd like that! :)

Which countries are you selling to?
Currently we sell to the US and Canada. But more countries will be considered sometime in the future.

How are your products made?
Our products are made to order and hand-crafted just for you when you order. Our auto accessories are made from quality polyester-based materials that allow for the perfect printing results for our designs. Each product page on our shop has a handy drop-down for "Materials" that you can view to find out what the specific materials are for that particular item.

What shipping methods do you offer?
In order to provide to you quality products at a great price, we have partnered with a production facility located in China, where we have all of our auto accessories hand-cafted and shipped. For shipping, we send all of our items via either a standard shipping method (that is at no charge to you) or via DHL Express (at a reasonable fee). The modality of shipping will be determined by you at checkout. 
For our US Customers: Standard shipping is sent via 4PX Express, then we have DHL Express to expedite shipping.
For our Canadian Customers: Standard shipping is handled by UBI Express, then we have DHL Express to expedite shipping (customs may need to be paid by the customer to DHL for orders to Canada).

How long will it take to get my order?
Our products are all made to order, just for you when you order from us. They are carefully crafted by hand at our production facility along with our exclusive design printed on it. Therefore, it would take a few days for us to create your awesome product. After we capture and process your payment, we get ready straight away to get your product created then we ship it out to you via the carrier that you have chosen at checkout. Each product will take approximately 6-8 business days for this entire process, and then you would add the time for the carrier to bring it to you. These delivery times can vary and depend on current shipping volume due to holidays and other peak periods, so the exact delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. However, if you choose DHL upon checkout (for an extra and reasonable fee), this delivery time will be greatly reduced. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can, but there is a time limit for this. If you have made a mistake with your order (including order quantity, email address used at checkout, address and so on), please reach out to us right away at our email address contact@autozendy.com. If we can handle this within 2 business days of you placing your order, we can make these changes for you. However, after this, the order will be placed into production and no aspect of it can be changed.

What is your "Drive with Quality Guarantee"?
It's simple ... we want to make sure that all of the products that you order from us will be in excellent quality, so that when you put it in your vehicle, you will be proud of it as we would be proud to make it for you! So if there is anything wrong with your product at all, please feel free to contact us at our email address contact@autozendy.com and we will replace it for you ASAP. 

What is your return and refund policy?
Since our products are made to order and hand-crafted just for you, we only offer refunds and exchanges for products that are defective during the manufacturing process. So please make sure that when you order, the item will actually fit in your vehicle and will be something that you will love! For more information on our Refund Policy, you can click here.

How do I care for my car accessories?
We have a convenient tab on our product pages for all of our car accessories called "Care Instructions". It is important to follow these instructions when you care for your product so that they last long and don't get damaged. We want you to be happy with your item for a very long time!
